Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Timeframes We work with a network of trusted suppliers to bring you the best products for your pets. Estimated delivery times are:

- Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the supplier fulfilling your order
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.
Multiple Shipments If your order contains items from multiple suppliers, your order may arrive in separate packages at different times. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Locations We currently ship within the United States only.
