REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Tails & Kisses, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

To initiate a return, please contact us first at support@tailsandkisses.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without contacting us first, as return instructions may vary by product and supplier.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Food, treats, and edible products
  • Personalized or custom items
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items that have been used or worn
  • Items damaged due to misuse or neglect
  • Sale or clearance items

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will make it right at no cost to you.
